The climate crisis is not only an environmental issue. It is a housing issue, a healthcare issue, an economic issue, a racial justice issue, and a democracy issue.

Everyone deserves a livable future.

Right now, working people are paying the price for corporate pollution and fossil fuel dependence.

Across New Hampshire, families are struggling with high utility costs, extreme weather, flooding, aging infrastructure, and the costs of heating and cooling their homes.

Working-class communities, rural communities, low-income communities, and communities with fewer public resources are often hit first and hardest by pollution, energy costs, and climate-related disasters.

Meanwhile, fossil fuel companies, utility companies, corporate polluters, and wealthy investors continue to profit from systems that harm people and the planet.

This is not inevitable.

The climate crisis is the result of policy choices, corporate power, and an economic system that treats the planet as disposable.

For too long, corporations have been allowed to pollute, profit, and leave working people to pay the bill. They have used political influence to delay climate action, weaken regulation, and protect business models that put short-term profit over long-term survival.

A better future is possible, but it will not be handed to us by the same interests that created the crisis.

RAD NH believes New Hampshire can build a cleaner, healthier, more affordable future.

We support publicly accountable clean energy, lower utility costs, weatherized homes, resilient infrastructure, clean water protections, public transportation, good union jobs, and policies that protect forests, farms, rivers, lakes, and communities.

We believe climate solutions must benefit working people, not simply create new profit opportunities for corporations. A just transition must include workers, rural communities, low-income families, and those most impacted by pollution and climate instability.

RAD NH organizes people to demand climate policy that lowers costs, protects communities, and puts the public good ahead of corporate profit.
